Villa Blumarine is a two-story villa spread over an area of approximately 200 square meters and consists of four comfortable bedrooms, four bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms (one in a separate area that can be used as an additional bedroom for two persons), three balconies and three parking spaces.
The outdoor area features a well-tended garden enriched with autochtonous greenery, heated swimming pool with deck chairs, barbecue area, dining room and lounge zone with comfortable furniture for utmost enjoyment with friends and family.
In the close proximity to the villa (within 100 meters), there is a scenic pebble beach, a shop, a bakery, restaurants and bars, and 2-4 kilometers away, there is also a tennis court, a golf course, and a wellness and spa center, therefore you can enjoy a carefree holiday filled with fun activities.

Villa Tramonto features 600 square meters of living space and it is organized on three floors which comprise a total of ten bedrooms (7 double bedrooms and 3 twin bedroom), ten bathrooms, three kitchens, three living rooms and three 60-square meter terraces for utmost enjoyment of the outdoors. There is also a gym, sauna, barbecue area, children playground and two garages with a total of five parking spaces.
